My real estate journey began with a small condo in South St. Vital—a stepping stone that opened my eyes to the incredible world of homeownership. At the time, I didn’t fully understand how the market worked or the true costs of owning property, but that experience sparked a passion for learning everything I could about real estate.
With my background in engineering, I naturally dove into research and quickly discovered just how powerful real estate can be as a wealth builder—especially in Canada. Before becoming a Realtor, I bought five properties and, along the way, moved four times in five years with my incredibly supportive wife. Each move taught me invaluable lessons about buying, selling, and investing, and it became clear that so many people make these life-changing decisions without the right guidance.
That’s why I chose to become a Realtor—to provide the level of service that people truly deserve. To me, real estate isn’t about transactions; it’s about people, their goals, and their futures. My approach is simple: no gimmicks, no pressure—just honest advice, supported by data and market information, and a commitment to making every client’s journey as smooth and successful as possible.
I have a background in mechanical engineering and thoroughly enjoy problem solving! Some of my hobbies include staying active, watching and playing sports, hiking, being outdoors, and travelling. A personal goal of mine is to travel to all 7 continents and over 50 countries in my lifetime!
