When purchasing a home, you are faced with a multitude of decisions! These decisions can seem overwhelming and often cause people to delay or avoid home ownership all together. My goal is too help navigate the home purchasing process with each and every person who wants to work with me. I want to truly understand what your goals are so that I can work towards meeting those goals in any market cycle. 

I have experienced the first hand disappointment when a Real Estate Agent feels unmotivated to help. My first real estate agent let me, as a buyer, figure everything out on my own.  My goal as a Real Estate Agent is to be at your side for each step of the process. I will make the process of purchasing a home easier, more enjoyable, less time-consuming, and less expensive than if you undertook this challenge on your own. I will help negotiate on your behalf to ensure that your hard earned dollars can go to work for you and start building equity in you future home before you've even moved in! I will be present during housing inspections, financing condition approvals, and property appraisals. With a background in engineering I will use my experience to help solve any problems that arise during the closing process with a focus on diverting all of the stress off of you, the buyer, so that you can enjoy and look forward to your new home.
